Central Illinois High Schoolers Connect with Regional Companies for Career Development

Central Illinois high school students continue to engage with regional companies offering job opportunities and workplace learning experiences through CareerSpark You’re Hired. So far, students from at least 15 regional high schools have logged into the platform, and almost 5,000 students have registered for the opportunity to explore different career options until June.

CareerSpark You’re Hired has been hosting a series of speaker sessions in March featuring prominent companies such as Regal Industrial Midwest, RiverCity Construction, Accenture, Hungry World Farm, PNC, Oehrlein School of Cosmetology, Steno School, Chickory Meadow, HOI United Way & Midwest Food Bank, OSF, Natural Fiber Welding, GIVSCO, Illinois Mutual, Bayer, CEFCU, Illinois Wesleyan University, and the State of Illinois.

CareerSpark You’re Hired is a great resource for high school students to discover potential career paths and connect with regional organizations. You can try out this experience by registering and logging in to the platform.
