The Regional Workforce Alliance has adopted the U.S. Chamber of Commerce best practice improvement process of Talent Pipeline Management to bring structure to their workforce development strategy by placing employers squarely in the center of the conversation. Since 2021, the Regional Workforce Alliance has conducted the TPM survey and reporting process for employers in their manufacturing and technology industries in the region. This process has brought forth data that is directing the development of training programs in the region to meet employers’ needs in these in-demand industries.
