In AY 2016-17, the Lake County collaborative provided healthcare career exploration field trips to students from 11 high schools, and 63 students from four high schools participated in healthcare simulation cases in the Rosalind Franklin University Simulation Laboratory. We also provided information on careers in health informatics to more than 300 students, and partnered with ISAC to organize a workshop on financial aid for students from North Chicago High School.
