The partners in Vermilion County are preparing to launch Manufacturing Month in October. The group is also launching the Skyepack Advantage program. Through the program, students in junior high and high school will learn about jobs and career paths available in the manufacturing sector within Vermilion County. Upon completing the four modules, students will participate in a Tour of Industries by visiting the manufacturers they learn about. Vermilion partners hope that this initiative helps grow a local ecosystem, the workforce, and the population.
